Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Internal Review

Once we receive your application, a member of our recruiting team will review it.
Stage 2

Recruiter Interview

If you are identified as a potential match, a member of our recruitment team will reach out to you to schedule a 30-minute virtual interview. This call will give us the opportunity to discuss the role in more detail.
Stage 3

Team Interview

After the virtual interview, the recruitment team will consult with the hiring manager(s) on next steps. If agreed, a small interview panel will be assembled for a second round of interviews. Depending on the role, you may also receive an invitation to meet us at one of our clinics. 
Stage 4

Contingent Offer

Following the team interview, the recruitment team will consult with management to determine next steps. If in agreement, the team will extend an offer for you to join the organization. This offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and submission of necessary pre-employment documents.
